    Get the chance to invest in attractive projects through private investment opportunities, opt for a (semi-) annual dividend payment and value increase of the property. Investors can purchase investment units in one of the Alternative Investment Funds (AIF’s) managed by Eurasian Real Estate Investment Management d.o.o. (EREIM). The funds have a ‘closed end’ character with a predetermined number of investment units. Investment units are not freely transferable and can not be repurchased. The maturity of a fund in general is approximately 3-5 years (closed end). To invest in the fund, prospective investors can buy investment units of EUR 1.000 each, where the minimum investment volume is EUR 10.000. The AIF is allowed to invest for 70% in real estate related assets and other asset types.

    The return on investment varies up to 8,5% calculated on annual basis depending on the type of investment and its risk profile. Next to that investors profit from the value increase of the property during time/in upgoing market.

    You can do this by approaching EREIM directly and/or show your interest by filling out the form which can be downloaded. The minimum subscription amount varies from one AIF to another, and has a minimum investment requirement. Once you invest in the AIF, you will receive periodic reports on the fund’s performance.
