A complaint can be submitted in one of the following ways:

  • by e-mail to the address: info@ereim.eu 
  • by mail to the address: EREIM d.o.o., Dečanska 12, 11 000 Belgrade

Filing a complaint (remarks), processing and resolving a complaint (remarks) does not entail costs.

The response to the complaint (remark) will be delivered to you in writing no later than 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the complaint (objection), in the manner specified in the complaint (remark), i.e. by letter or e-mail, depending on the submitted data (e-mail address, address of receipt of the letter, etc.).

In the case of complex objections (remarks) as well as objections (objections) that require the opinion of institutions such as the Securities Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Government of the Republic of Serbia or other institutions, this deadline may be longer than 15 days and will depend on the time needed to obtain the opinion of the competent institution. We will inform you of the steps taken to resolve the complaint (complaint) within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint (complaint).
