Who is EREIM?

EREIM is a company specialized in the management of alternative investment funds and assets acquired through real estate investments. Within its organizational structure, it has a sector for real estate/facilities management and maintenance, and the sector also includes activities of renting and sustainable development of real estate/facilities. Focusing on finding solutions beyond conventional investments and public markets, EREIM offers access to a wide range of investment opportunities in the field of real estate, such as existing real estate, construction and adaptation of real estate, plots and other alternative investments not related to real estate.

Across Europe, millions of investors have jumped on the real estate bandwagon, with alternative investment funds (AIFs) becoming a very common investment model. With an acceptable investment of at least €10,000, investors gain access to a variety of real estate types such as clinics, supermarkets and shopping malls, without having to personally purchase and manage the properties/facilities.

In Europe, real estate investment funds are a popular mechanism for those who want to profit from the real estate market without buying individual properties. EREIM is the first company in Serbia to receive a license under the new Law on Alternative Investment Funds. EREIM is a Serbian company with European roots. Soon you will be able to invest in real estate in the first alternative investment fund in Serbia called Q Invest.

Rick van Heumen (MRE)

General Director

Mr. Van Heumen has more than 35 years of experience in real estate development. Mr. Van Heumen has served as a board member and legal executive in several real estate companies since 2000. year.
He has many years of experience managing and overseeing all aspects of the real estate industry for all types of properties, across economic cycles. Enjoys a wide international network. Mr. Van Heumen has a master’s degree in real estate from the University of Amsterdam.

Miljan Pavlovic

Manager of Funds

Miljan Pavlović graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade and earned a Master of Economics (mag.oec) degree from the same university.
Miljan Pavlović began his professional career in finance, working as an auditor at Deloitte, where he gained skills in understanding and reading financial statements, IAS, corporate finance, and financial analysis of companies.
After that, he worked as a senior consultant at the Institute of Economics on various projects for clients from the public and private sectors in the areas of strategy and business development, regulatory analysis, market research and macroeconomics, etc.
After this position, he gained experience in the field of real estate, and during his 15 years of experience in the sector, his services focused on real estate valuation and investment sales, working in cooperation with the Cushman & Wakefield office in Serbia and Danos & Associates in Serbia.
He is a member of TEGOVA (European Group of Appraisers’ Associations) and the Association of Accountants and Auditors of Serbia.

Finance

Marija Nađ completed her master’s degree at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in 2012. with a specialization in Financial Risk Management.
Marija has over 17 years of experience in accounting, finance and management in international companies. She worked as a financial manager at the American company “Ocean Atlantic International”, which is engaged in the construction of residential and commercial buildings. She then worked as a financial manager at the Belgian company “Windvision Development doo”, which develops renewable energy projects.
Her work experience is based on the organization and control of accounting and financial business activities, monitoring and implementation of tax regulations, development and control of budget plans, and financial reporting.

Jelena Radosavljević (BEc)

Finance

Jelena graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade. She began her career in auditing, working at PwC Serbia in the Audit and Business Consulting Services department. She continued her professional development in the banking sector, where she spent more than 13 years, first at the National Bank of Greece, Serbia, and then at Vojvođanska Banka, as Deputy Director of Internal Audit, and then as Head of the Department for Early Collection of Receivables from Individuals within the Credit Risk Function. She was engaged in various projects, from due diligence, data migration, internal compliance, leading teams on business process rationalization and risk reduction projects. Jelena also has experience in customer and supplier management, cooperation with commercial banks, as well as in cash management.

With skillful communication and adequate strategic thinking, she leads teams to achieve set goals. Many years of experience allow her to quickly recognize and implement solutions in business processes.

Luuk van den Heuvel (MRE)

Member of the Board

Luuk is the Managing Partner of Grimonte Investment Management in the Netherlands, which he founded with two partners approximately 7 years ago. Grimonte is authorized by the Dutch Financial Markets Authority (AFM) to launch real estate investment funds in Europe and to finance them among private and institutional investors. Grimonte has approximately 150 million euros of assets under management, including apartments, shopping malls and offices. Before founding Grimonte with his partners, he worked for almost 10 years for The IBUS Company, an international real estate investment company. The IBUS Company invested in shopping malls, residential buildings and offices, and Luuk started there as an Asset and Fund Manager. Luuk quickly became responsible for the acquisition and structuring of real estate investments in the Netherlands and Germany. He started his career as a Project Manager at Holland Jachtbouw in Zaandam, the Netherlands. Luuk obtained a Master’s degree in Real Estate (Amsterdam School of Real Estate) in 2009.
