Who is EREIM
EREIM is a real estate company that specializes in alternative investment funds and asset management of real estate investments, boasting its own property management and maintenance department dedicated to the rental and sustainable (re)development of its real estate assets. With a focus on exploring solutions beyond conventional investments and public markets, EREIM offers access to a wide range of real estate related investment opportunities, such as existing real estate, real estate developments, land, and other alternative non real estate investments.
Throughout Europe, millions of investors have preceded you with investments in real estate funds, where investing in alternative investment funds is a very common investment product. With a manageable amount of at least EUR 10,000 you can now acquire ownership of a mix of Serbian real estate, for example a clinic, a supermarket, and a shopping center, without buying and managing the properties yourself.

EREIM is the first company in Serbia to obtain a license under the new Law of Alternative Investment Funds. EREIM is a Serbian company with European roots. General Manager
Rick is currently the CEO of the prestigious “The View of Rotterdam” project in The Netherlands, where his impact is evident. His influence extends internationally through his extensive network built during 35 years of successful international experience. Additionally, he has previously played a pivotal role as General Director for Construction and Real Estate Development in the real estate market sector at Hurks, shaping the integration and expansion of these disciplines within this market segment. Rick’s international reach and significant contributions over an extended period in the Serbian and Balkan region underscores his standing as a key figure in real estate development.

Miljan Pavlovic
Fund Manager
Miljan Pavlovic graduated from Faculty of Economics at University of Belgrade and obtained Magisterium in Economics (mag.oec) at the same University. Miljan Pavlovic started his professional career in finance, working as auditor in Deloitte, where he acquired skills in understanding and reading of financial statements, IFRS, corporate finances and financial analysis of companies. After that he was working as Senior consultant in Economics Institute on various projects performed for public and private sector clients in the area of strategy and business development, regulatory analysis, market and macroeconomic research etc. After this position he entered in real estate and during 15 years of experience in real estate, his services focus on valuation of real estate and investment sale, working in Associate office of Cushman&Wakefield in Serbia and in Danos&Associates Serbia. Member of Tegova (The European Group of Valuers’ Associations) and The Association of Accountants and Auditors of Serbia.

Marija Nadj
Finance
Marija Nađ completed her master’s degree at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in 2012, majoring in Financial Risk Management. Marija has over 17 years of experience in accounting, finance and management in international companies. She worked as a financial manager in the American company “Ocean Atlantic International”, which deals with the construction of residential and commercial buildings. Then she was in Belgian company “Windvision Development doo”, which deals with the development of renewable energy projects, where she worked as a financial manager. Her work experience is based on the organization and control of accounting and financial business activities, monitoring and implementation of tax regulations, development and control of budget plans and financial reporting.

Jelena Radosavljević
Finance
Jelena graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade. She began her career in auditing, working at PwC Serbia in the Audit and Business Advisory Services. She continued her professional development in the banking sector, where she spent over 13 years, initially at the National Bank of Greece in Serbia, and later at Vojvođanska Banka as Deputy Director of Internal Audit and subsequently as Head of the Retail Early Collections within the Credit Risk function. Jelena has been involved in various projects, including due diligence, data migration, and internal compliance, and has led teams on projects focused on business process optimization and risk mitigation. She also has experience in customer and supplier management, collaboration with commercial banks, and cash management.

Sanne van Heumen (BA)
Marketing Manager
Ms. van Heumen has a track record of accomplishment both academically and as an employee. Her expertise includes Chinese Language, Digital Marketing and Goal and Vision setting. She is driven by her fervor for empowering enterprises to thrive via effective marketing practices. As a graduate with First Class Honors from Raffles Design Institute (CN), which is accredited by Derby University (UK), she specializes in Design & Marketing.

Marijana Golović
Advisor
Marijana is an Expert with over 20 years of experience in banking, finance and business management. She has proven track record in driving operational efficiency, optimizing business processes and developing strategic plans that significantly increase revenue in different business fields. Through skillful communication and adequate strategic thinking, she leads teams to achieve their goals. Many years of experience allows her to swiftly recognize patterns and to implement the respect best practice solutions.

Lazar Lazendic
Risk & Compliance
Lazar is an experienced Project Manager in the Real Estate Sector and energy. He is a Master of Management Engineer by profession. He is currently in charge of the complete development of the project from the site selection stage to the final permit, as well as for 8 of wind farm construction projects in the Republic of Serbia on behalf of Dutch investor WV International. He is one of the key people in creating a project for the installation of PV power plants in Serbia, launching the expansion of the company’s portfolio with a photovoltaic power plant in Zabalj and it is currently the largest project of this type in Serbia.

Luuk van den Heuvel (MRE)
Member of the Board
Luuk is managing partner of Grimonte Investment Management in the Netherlands, which he founded with two partners about 7 years ago. Grimonte is authorized by the AFM to initiate real estate funds in Europe and to fund them among private and institutional investors. Grimonte has approximately EUR 150 million assets under management, including apartments, shopping centers and offices.
