“Q INVEST” is an alternative investment fund with a private offer for collective investment in real estate.

The fund is managed by the Alternative Investment Fund Management Company “Eurasian Real Estate Investment Management” doo Belgrade – Stari grad with headquarter in Belgrade, Dečanska 12. Professional property management enables risk control, ensuring the security and availability of all relevant information, as well as up-to-date information about the value of the investment .

“Q INVEST” will predominantly invest in real estate or property that is considered to be an investment in real estate (minimum of 70%).

Investments in the Q INVEST fund are investments of a mid-term nature.

The fund intends to acquire real estate located in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, namely:

• retail parks;
• residential and/or business buildings;
• construction land on which buildings are being built (residential and/or office buildings), if according to objective criteria, the completion of construction can be counted on within a reasonable period of no longer than two years;
• undeveloped construction land on which the construction of residential and/or commercial buildings is permitted according to current regulations;
• agricultural lands;
• and other business opportunities, not related to real estate.

The assets of the Q INVEST fund are owned by the investors and managed by its Fund Manager EREIM. The Depositary “NLB Komercijalna Bank” keeps records of the Fund’s assets up to date, on the basis of information or documents submitted by EREIM or on the basis of information from publicly available registers and records.

Legal and Natural Persons can invest in the Q INVEST Fund and participate in these projects through purchase of (multiple) investment units of a value of EUR 1.000 each with a minimum investment amount of EUR 10.000. By paying the investment units, investors have the right to be registered in the register of members, i.e. the owner of the investment units of the Fund.
