Rick van Heumen – Provada 2025, the biggest real estate fair in the Netherlands (17.-19. 06.2025)

During Provada 2025 in Amsterdam, the biggest real estate fair in the Netherlands, our CEO Rick van Heumen, also the CEO of The View of Rotterdam, signs the agreement with The City of Rotterdam for building the Porterhouse.
This marks the beginning of the phase two of the 350 million euros project carried out by The View of Rotterdam, total of 100.000 m2.

The first phase of the project includes Bay House, elegant apartment complex with 110 luxury units and 5 star Eurostars hotel with 188 rooms and exclusive facilities. It also boasts a lively commercial hub with dining, retail, and office spaces. This phase is nearly completed.

The second phase with Porterhouse is now to follow.
In addition to 262 homes, 25% of which are in the middle segment (for sale and rent), there will also be room for retail (Jumbo supermarket) and offices.  
Signing of this agreement is a great step forward in the further development of Rotterdam.
